You never pay us. The professionals we introduce you to do. That is a commercial relationship and it can affect which professionals you see, so this page sets out exactly how it works — as required by section 107 of the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
These are the main parameters we use, in order of how much weight they carry. This is the complete list — nothing else determines the match.
What does not affect the match: we do not rank one partner above another in exchange for a higher fee, we do not run an auction for placement, and we do not take a percentage of your transaction. Where more than one partner covers your request, all of them receive it.
We check that a professional holds the licence or registration their work requires — a PSRA licence for estate agents and valuers, practising certificate for solicitors, SEAI registration for BER assessors — and that they are contactable and trading.
We do not audit their work, inspect their files, verify their quotes, guarantee their pricing, or carry out ongoing supervision. “Vetted” is a credential check at the point they join our network. It is not an endorsement, and it is not a substitute for your own judgement. Always get the quote in writing and check the licence yourself — the PSRA public register is free to search.
Where this site shows fee ranges, cost estimates or comparisons, those are indicative market figures compiled from publicly available sources and our own enquiries. They are not quotations, they are not specific to your property, and no professional has paid to be presented more favourably in them.
We do not currently publish consumer reviews or star ratings of individual professionals. If we do in future, we will say here how they are collected and verified, as consumer law requires.
We advertise on Google and Meta to reach people who are selling. Those are our own ads for OneClickGo — they are not paid placements by professionals within our results. Our cookie policy explains the tracking involved and how to refuse it.
If you want to know whether a specific professional pays us, or how your particular enquiry was routed, ask. Email hello@oneclickgo.ie and we will tell you plainly.
