We want oneclickgo.ie to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or voice control. This statement says honestly where we are, not where we would like to be.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the European Union (Accessibility Requirements of Products and Services) Regulations 2023, which transpose the European Accessibility Act into Irish law.
We currently meet those requirements partially. We have not commissioned an independent audit, so this statement is based on our own testing. We would rather say that than claim a conformance level we have not had verified.
We are aware of the following and intend to address them:
Tell us and we will fix it, and in the meantime we will give you the information or complete your enquiry another way. There is no form you have to use.
We aim to respond within 5 working days. If you need information from this site in another format — large print, plain text, or read aloud over the phone — ask and we will provide it at no cost.
If you are not satisfied with how we respond, the market surveillance authority for these Regulations in Ireland is the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC), Bloom House, Railway Street, Dublin 1, D01 C576.
OneClickGo currently falls within the microenterprise exemption in the 2023 Regulations. We publish this statement anyway, and will keep it current.
